About the role
Take customer orders, schedule and coordinate trucks to correctly dispatch to job sites. Ensure accuracy of information on all bills of ladings. Answer telephones. Responsible for record keeping and filing. Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Assist and travel to other aggregate locations to backfill, when necessary. Other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Excellent computer skills Windows & Google Suite experience Organizational skills and strong people skills required. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Experience with Google Suite is required.
