Payrate: Payrate: $57.00 - $58.00/hr. Summary: Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs with excellent interpersonal skills. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management and maintains a Customer First Mindset. Responsibilities: Work with campaign managers, sales teams, and operations teams to optimize key areas of Demand Generation. Qualifications: Proven track record of 5-7 years as an outstanding performer in an IT/ITES organization handling Field, Product, and/or Digital Brand Marketing. Capable of rapid learning, ability to stretch and take on complex assignments of significantly larger scope. Exhibit passion, energy, and ambition. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Skills: Comprehensive understanding of Modern Marketing technologies and methodologies including: Marketing Automation (preferably Eloqua). Lead flow automation architecture concepts such as Lead Scoring, triggered campaigns, predictive scoring, propensity modeling. Microsite & landing page design concepts and technologies. Audience segmentation analysis and tools. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $57.00 - $58.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
