The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets, developing a deep understanding of the technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape, and actively contributing to sales plan creation and customer segmentation. This role requires a proven track record in leading successful mid-market sales teams, developing and executing scalable sales strategies, and a strong ability to foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement. The Regional Vice President will also be expected to travel regularly, maintain collaborative relationships with the open-source community and partner ecosystems, and ensure a seamless customer experience by partnering across the company's leadership community. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a background in SaaS sales leadership, experience in an entrepreneurial environment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, technical, client-acquisition-driven business. The role demands a leader with strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and a consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas. While not mandatory, experience within an open-source model is considered a bonus. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished sales leader, ready to help users tackle their most challenging problems through the power of search, and will be instrumental in driving both existing and new logo growth for the company.
