Ignite is currently seeking a Air and Missile Defense (AMD) TIS (Track Identification Services) SW (Software) Development Team Product Owner (PO) will work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO). The PO will be responsible for the Prioritization and validation of the development software for the TIS team. The TIS team is responsible for the identification and classification of tracks in the C2 (Command and Control) software. The position will include reviewing and understanding Systems Engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms and providing guidance to the development team. The product owner will work with Program management in setting priorities for the capabilities and defects of the team for each product increment and sprint. The position will include technical briefings and advisement to leadership on the status and recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts on the IFMC mission.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviewing and understanding Systems Engineering concepts, designs, and algorithms and providing guidance to the development team.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
The candidate must have a good understanding of CID (Classification, Identification and Discrimination) used in C2 systems including IFF, ADS-B, Air Tasking Orders, and NCTR. The candidate must have the ability to provide oversight to the development team and verify the team's work based on agreed-upon acceptance criteria, including attending code reviews. The candidate must be able to work directly with the Agile software developers.
Have a minimum of 10 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above.
Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset
Desired Qualifications:
An additional plus is knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS and familiarity with current CID measures in one or more of the DoD services. Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM team is a plus.
Security Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
