AGENT FRAIS DE DEPLACEMENT (FD) - CHANGEMENT DE RESIDENCE (CR)

Missions In the field of change of residence (CR); - know and apply rigorously the regulatory guidelines of the CIMOB (know how to navigate the Mobility portal); - participate in the CR seminar organized by the CIMOB at the beginning of the year, as well as in the various webinars; - advise the administrators of the entire defense base in the constitution of their CR compensation dossier and inform them about their right to relocation (cubing, folding, heavy luggage), the different forms of relocation (classical or Multi-Relocation Platform); - follow the CR files until payment being the preferred interlocutor between the administrator and the CIMOB; - carry out on-site controls during the annual PAM relocations in accordance with the CIMOB directives. In the field of temporary relocations (DT); - know and apply rigorously the regulatory guidelines of the CIMOB (know how to navigate the dedicated portal); - control the financial validation of the mission orders of the GSC Draguignan (DGN) personnel as a managing service (SG); - ensure the animation of the CHORUS actors network being authorized as a reference for the GSC DGN; - manage the profile sheets being authorized as a local administrator for the defense base; - process special requests in direct relation with the Travel Operator Platform such as enhanced leave and definitive repatriation. Profile Sought You have experience and a certain attraction for the processing of files. Organized and knowing how to work in a team you know how to make use of your professional skills to provide quality work and thus achieve the defined objectives. You have a sense of the general interest and know how to put your knowledge at the service of a community. You accept to be trained internally to the proposed training.
