About the role
General Laborer We are hiring dependable General Laborers for a food production facility. Responsibilities include packaging finished food products, inspecting products for quality, labeling boxes, sorting items, and preparing products for shipment. Employees will maintain a clean and safe work area while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Package and label food products according to company standards.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects.
Sort, stack, and prepare boxes for shipment.
Keep workstations clean and organized.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with other production duties as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus but not required.
