Customer Success Representative (Part-Time)

Responsibilities: Communicate warmly with customers, answering calls promptly Listen, gather information, and route each call to the right team member Create a strong first impression and set clear expectations about the services we provide Address customer questions or concerns to help secure a scheduled appointment Schedule the appropriate Damage Consultant based on location, availability, and lineup, resolving any scheduling conflicts that arise Communicate regularly with Damage Consultants and customers to relay updated arrival times Keep accurate records of pending items and follow up consistently Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support the team and brand Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications: Strong work ethic and integrity Teachable attitude and eager to keep learning Comfortable communicating clearly and persuasively, both written and verbal Genuine, service-minded approach to helping customers Able to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Sound judgment and good decision-making under pressure Builds rapport easily with a wide range of personalities Experience in retail, restaurant, or another client-facing, fast-paced role preferred, but not required What We Offer$18 - $21 per hour, plus bonus program 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and paid holidays Company-paid access to Dave Ramsey's Smart Dollar Gym reimbursement
