About the role
Job Description:
Aging Care, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior DME / Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) Technician with 5+ years of hands-on DME experience and strong CRT experience. We are looking for a highly skilled technician with a strong background in complex rehabilitation, power wheelchairs, electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. This is a senior-level position for someone who can diagnose and resolve equipment issues independently and provide technical support to other technicians. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with complex rehab power wheelchairs, seating systems, power mobility electronics, controls, batteries, motors, and related components. We are looking for a senior-level technician, not an entry-level DME technician. The right candidate should be comfortable working on complex rehab and power mobility equipment, diagnosing difficult problems, and completing repairs with minimal supervision. Experience with CRT equipment and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems is highly valued. If you have 5+ years of DME experience and strong CRT / power mobility experience, we want to hear from you.\nCompany

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
