About the role

Description: Find your place. Build your future. Learn what it actually takes to plan, coordinate, and execute exceptional private club events. Pine Hollow Club’s 14-week Events & Catering Management Internship is a paid, hands‑on experience designed for students interested in event planning, hospitality, and catering operations. You will gain experience throughout the event lifecycle—from initial planning and event details through internal coordination, setup, execution, and post-event follow‑up. This is not an internship spent watching from the sidelines. You will work alongside the Events team and contribute to actual weddings, private celebrations, golf outings, receptions, dinners, and other Club functions.
Please note: This opportunity is specifically designed for students who are currently enrolled in an educational program and seeking an internship or externship as part of their academic or professional development. Applicants who are not currently enrolled in school will not be considered for this internship. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
