About the role
Supporting seamless travel coordination for event attendees, the full-time Event Travel Consultant will manage flight, accommodation, and ground transportation bookings while ensuring compliance with travel policies in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements for event attendees, including flights and accommodations
Ensure accurate ticketing and compliance with event travel policies
Liaise with attendees and internal stakeholders to address travel-related inquiries and special requests
Required Qualifications:
Experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS), specifically Sabre
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in travel management or corporate travel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred experience using Cvent for event coordination
