Partnering with some of the world’s largest data center, pharmaceutical, and healthcare developers, we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion, helping to ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes while working collaboratively with project teams.This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing team, with clear progression paths to help you advance your career.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in coordinating projects to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while meeting quality standards.Monitor project progress, identify potential schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks, and escalate issues as required.Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports to support project compliance and delivery.Attend project and coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and support communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Coordinate procurement activities by monitoring long-lead items, materials, and supplier deliverables against project milestones.Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, registers, and forecasts, ensuring records are current and organised.Support compliance with project safety, quality, and client requirements while contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.Qualifications4+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or designBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related area strongly preferred; equivalent experience consideredData center, semiconductor, or healthcare experience preferredProficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
