About the role
- Manage executive calendars and scheduling priorities
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
- Manage Outlook delegate access, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists
- Support leadership communications and organizational announcements
- Track action items and facilitate follow-up activities
- Coordinate team events, leadership meetings, and town halls
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and execution
- Partner with peers to coordinate supplies and logistics for the local office
- High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of administrative assistant experience for leaders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Copilot, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience in financial services or highly-regulated industries
- Experience leveraging AI such as Microsoft Copilot to automate tasks
