About the role

Temporary Wholesale Representative This Temporary role of Wholesale Representative will provide coverage and support to our Pet Brands wholesale team during a team member's leave of absence. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to wholesale customers, assisting customers with product selection, processing orders and returns, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the wholesale team. Receive and respond to customer service and sales related phone calls and emails Receive orders and create sales orders Communicate customer and order needs to the fulfillment team Respond to customer questions via email, phone and CRM software Assist in order fulfillment when necessary Stay up to date on new product offerings Attend sales and marketing meetings when required Provide additional support to the wholesale team as business needs require Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company's Values. Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous customer servicer and/or sales experience preferred Netsuite Experience a plus Quick Learner Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including ExcelHigh School Diploma or GED required Ability to multitask a must Ability to work and be on time Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pmIf you require alternative methods of application or screening, please contact us directly.
