About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Lines leader to lead an established team and play an active role in its continued success. You’ll lead an established team of approximately 20 within a successful independent agency where your ideas will be heard. Ownership is open to new ideas and looking for someone who will take the time to understand the business, support the team, strengthen processes, and help shape the direction of Commercial Lines. The right person will understand the day-to-day realities of the business, enjoy developing people, and be comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed. The agency has the resources and structure to support the team, while still being flexible enough to make decisions and put good ideas into action quickly. Interested in hearing more? Let’s talk.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
