Risk Management Manager

Leading the risk management function for The Specialty Alliance, the full-time Risk Management Manager will oversee domestic and international insurance programs, manage relationships with insurance brokers, and support the development of risk management strategies, while working remotely with occasional visits to the Dublin, OH office. Key responsibilities Manage domestic and international primary casualty commercial insurance programs, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance Supervise and develop the Sr. Risk Analyst, providing oversight and support for their responsibilities Prepare operational and risk management reports for management, including insurance program costs and historical loss experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting 8+ years of risk management experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret laws, regulations, and contracts Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred; SAP experience is a plus Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with various levels of management and stakeholders
