Responsibilities: Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Conduct patient evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Document patient progress following regulatory and hospital standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities. QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.2. Current state Physical Therapy license.3.
