Millwright CSI Sands (N.E.) provides a full range of aggregate and resource materials production services. We are equipped to handle every phase of the materials engineering process, from initial exploration to delivery of the end-product. We are currently searching for a Millwright to complement our team at our site in Buffalo, NY. This position will report to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be based in Buffalo, NY but will be required to travel to our Cleveland, OH plant as part of the job.
Responsibilities: Perform regular and routine maintenance on all plant and mining equipment. Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and do the necessary maintenance and repairs of equipment which includes conveyors, pumps, screens, cyclones, hydrosizers, clarifiers, dryer, baghouse, etc. Demonstrate thorough knowledge and principles to install, dismantle, reassemble, replace, repair, and adjust parts and components of equipment, as assigned. Mentor CSI Millwright Apprentices through the professional development Skills and Requirements: Minimum 2 years solid experience as a Millwright. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred. Must have own tools and vehicle. Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Ability to organize, plan daily tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision. Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite. Must have common core certificates for a mining operation environment. Hours of Work: Hours can vary depending on the business needs.
