About the role

Achievements ABA Therapy NC seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical services for children with autism. You will handle treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training across in-home, daycare, and school settings in NC and nearby states. You will work with a supportive back-office team, focusing on clinical excellence, HIPAA/BACB compliance, and ongoing professional growth. Compensation ranges from $90 to $115 per hour with comprehensive benefits.
