We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cutter Operator to be part of our growing family. Starting Wage: $22.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential
Weekend Premium: $4.00/hour
Shift: Rotating days: 6:00pm – 6:00amWork Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend: Week One: Three Days – 36 HoursWeek Two: Four Day - 48 Hours Typical Day in the Role: The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include: Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process Cross-training in other roles across the production environment Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed Problem solving issues that arise Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree required1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
