JOB TITLE: Project Manager with OCM JOB LOCATION: Remote WAGE RANGE*: 80 - 85/ hour JOB NUMBER: 000010 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Project Manager with OCM focuses on bridging the gap between new healthcare technology implementation (like MMIS, eligibility engines, or clinical review tools) and user adoption. This role oversees traditional PM lifecycles (scope, budget, scheduling) while driving a structured methodology to minimize resistance, increase readiness, and ensure sustainable business transformation across multi-stakeholder groups. Core Responsibilities Project Delivery Frameworks: Define, develop, and execute comprehensive project plans, milestones, and governance standards. Change Readiness & Strategy: Conduct thorough stakeholder impact analyses and change readiness assessments to evaluate organizational culture and capacity. Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate cross-functional, multi-sourced stakeholder groups (including state health officials, providers, and clinical staff) to align goals and messaging. Communication & Training: Formulate and execute target communication campaigns and transition training programs that prepare employees and external users for system upgrades. Risk & Resistance Management: Identify prospective pain points or bottlenecks in user adoption, establishing proactive proactive triage processes and countermeasures. This is for State of Louisiana account project. Remote with some travel to client and maybe Tysons Corner corporate office.
