Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly teammate on our processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products to meet strict safety and quality standards while operating equipment and keeping a clean, safe workspace. This hands-on role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability as you support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives on a fast-paced line.
