A fast-growing, independent RIA is seeking a Senior Tax Planner to join an integrated in-house tax planning team. This team works directly alongside financial advisors and client service staff to deliver comprehensive tax planning services to a high-net-worth clientele. The firm's embedded tax function is a true differentiator — not an afterthought.

Responsibilities:
Partner with the advisory team to develop and present strategic tax planning solutions to HNW clients and prospects Serve as the primary point of contact for client tax questions, delivering clear and timely communication Participate in prospect meetings to demonstrate the tangible value of integrated tax planning Stay current on tax law changes and proactively communicate relevant updates firm-wide Build client confidence through technical expertise, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through Support research on complex and evolving tax issues Identify and implement process improvements across the tax function Leverage tax planning software and tools effectively within established workflows
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required 8–10+ years of tax planning and/or preparation experienceCFP® requiredCPA or EA required (candidates actively pursuing will be considered)
Required Skills:
Proven experience delivering tax consulting to HNW individuals and business entities Strong technical research skills across complex tax matters and regulatory changes Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail Experience with Holistiplan and Income Lab a plus Pay range and compensation package Standard Monday–Friday in-office schedule; occasional extended hours during peak client or prospect activity.
