About the role

Our client is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. They help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Enterprise marketing organizations rely on the platform to simplify analytics and improve performance. The Account Executive uncovers business pains, articulates ROI, and builds the business case that helps prospects modernize how their marketing data works. You'll own a territory end to end, from first outreach to signed contract. Your buyers are marketing leaders, marketing ops and Rev Ops, and the data and analytics teams behind them. Some will come inbound, but many you'll find yourself. It's a consultative, multi-stakeholder sale with a technical validation stage, so you'll work closely with Sales Engineers throughout.
Pay: 120-150k base + commission. OTE: 275-350k DOE
Responsibilities: Achieve a quarterly revenue quota across new business and expansion in your territory. Proactively generate pipeline. You'll self-source at least 35% of your own opportunities rather than relying on inbound. Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, technical validation with a Sales Engineer, business case and ROI, executive presentation, negotiation, and close. Build multi-threaded relationships. Bring the technical evaluator, budget owner, and champion into the process early instead of running a deal through a single contact. Qualify with discipline. Confirm budget, decision path, and the real cost of doing nothing before pulling in technical resources, and walk away early from deals that aren't a fit. Become an expert in the platform and the marketing data problems it solves. Coordinate internal resources (Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to win and keep every deal moving. Keep the CRM accurate and forecast honestly. Use AI in your daily workflow for account research, call prep, follow-ups, and first drafts. Bring creativity, intellect, and a strong attitude to winning new business.
Qualifications
Required: proven experience selling data transformation (ETL/ELT) or advanced analytics such as Marketing Mix Modeling. 5+ years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS Account Executive role.2+ years in the Mar Tech/AdTech space. A track record of consistently hitting a significant annual quota, with the ability to walk through your numbers year by year. Experience selling to large enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and formal buying processes. Real outbound prospecting experience: you've built pipeline from scratch, not only worked inbound. Familiarity with ad platforms, the digital marketing funnel, and the metrics marketers are measured on. Comfort in a technical sale: you can hold a credible conversation with a data team, then reframe it for a marketing leader. Success initiating sales cycles with C-level executives. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. Emotional intelligence, curiosity, strong listening skills, and coachability. Superior communication and organizational skills. Fluency with a modern sales stack (CRM, call recording and coaching tools, prospecting and enrichment tools, Linked In Sales Navigator) and with using AI tools in your own workflow. Startup experience.
Nice to have: Experience selling to or working inside agencies. Formal training in a qualification methodology (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar).

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
