About the role
Supervisory Position United Envelope is a leading manufacturer in the direct mail industry. Our Mount Pocono, PA facility is seeking candidates for Supervisory positions. Our facility operates on a 12 hour 24/7 shift schedule with one week of four days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday) and three days in the second week (Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday).The ideal candidate will have:prior management experience in overseeing a production facility involving 60 employees in various departmentsprior manufacturing experience and/or mechanical background are preferredprior experience managing in a Union setting is preferredability to manage tight lead times and ensure consistency in meeting customers' production datesstrong organizational skillsthe ability to work as part of a team across four shifts Management degree preferred but not requiredA full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with match are provided as well as paid time off programs.
