About the role
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team! If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers protect what matters most, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound calls Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products Follow up consistently with prospective customers Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate products Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Meet individual and agency sales goals Maintain accurate customer and sales records Provide an excellent customer experience from quote to close
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred/required Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic
