- Deliverexceptional, person-centered careto residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Support seniors withactivities of daily living (ADLs)in a respectful and caring manner.
- Promote resident engagementand encourage social interaction for emotional wellness.
- Accuratelyadminister and document prescribed medications, under RN/LPN supervision.
- Ensurecompliance with state and federal regulationsand maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist residents duringmealtimes, including transporting and feeding as needed.
- Perform frequent rounds, supervising CNAs, and providing direct care as necessary.
- Report any health or behavioral changes to the nurse and assist withfollow-up care .Requirements for CMT - Certified Medication Technician:
- Must hold avalid Missouri CMT Certification
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Experience inlong-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursingpreferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
