About the role
Implementation of consulting projects on accounting and back-office issues in fast-growing companiesOperational accounting, preparatory accounting as well as interim management, e.g. as accountantExecution of monthly closings and management of accounts receivable and accounts payableDevelopment and implementation of best-in-class accounting and document management toolsExecution of accounting tasks as well as posting of accounting issues, e.g. accruals, personnel costs, bank clarification, open items, posting of incoming and outgoing documentsReview and optimization of interfaces to tax advisors and banksA degree or training in economics, finance, mathematics or similar is a nice to have, not a must haveAdditional qualifications, e.g. completed training in balance sheet accountingYou have relevant professional experience, e.g. as team lead accounting, preferably in a start-up or consulting environmentYou have experience in process automation and digitization and are familiar with various finance and accounting toolsYou are very good in Excel and/or Google SheetsYou can lead and manage teams (approx. 2 FTE), as well as be responsible for simple projects independentlyYou have very good accounting skills and very good knowledge in at least one accounting system, e.g. DATEVYou have experience in other special accounting topics, such as OSS, intercompany accounting, IFRS, Payroll, additional software systems such as Lucanet.You have first experience as an interface to different stakeholders, e.g. handling tax consultancies, tax office and auditorsYou have good communication skills in German (approx. C1) and English (min.
