About the role

Personal Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the company's executives and provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Conduct research and assist with special projects as needed Handle personal errands and tasks for executives as requested Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized work environment Other administrative tasks as assigned
