Hospice Sales RepSalary: $$ 90000 - $$ 100000 per yearLocation: Denver, ColoradoJob Description:The Hospice Sales Rep is responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educating the medical community on services provided while operating within a set budget.Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources to drive growthExecute consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per referral sourceUnderstand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and secure referralsIncrease awareness and usage of our services within the healthcare communityAct as liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and our agencies to foster collaborationManage marketing budget responsibly and ensure strong return on investmentQualifications:Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredEducation DesiredBachelor's Degree preferredTwo to three years of prior successful Hospice sales experience preferredSkill RequirementsAbility to professionally and effectively interact with a variety of individuals.Ability to be creative and generate ideas as they relate to marketing and community education.Effective and persuasive communication skills with a positive and outgoing attitudeStrong time management and organizational skills.
