About the role

GSP International seeks a Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting in Parsippany, NJ. This hybrid role leads external reporting, SEC filings, and complex accounting positions. You will own the preparation of SEC financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures, and coordinate with external auditors while monitoring new standards and policy adoption. Competitive compensation includes $185k-$225k, bonus, and equity.
