Selecting, managing, and collaborating with photography studios and suppliers. Overseeing post-production workflows, image editing, optimization, and quality control. Reviewing, approving, and managing product image assets and content libraries. Evaluating and implementing tools, platforms, and vendors for image management and production. Understanding costs, budgets, performance metrics, and ROI for product imagery operations. Collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and product teams on content requirements and strategy.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce operations, product content management, merchandising, or photography/studio management at retail organizations. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end product imagery workflows at scale highly valued. Understanding of ecommerce best practices, product photography standards, and content optimization
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
