About the role

Technology On Time, Inc. (TnT) is hiring a Senior Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientist) to support an NGA Analysis Office aligned to U.S. Special Operations Command in Sneads Ferry, NC. You will design and deliver mission-ready analytic tooling — Python automation, geospatial processing, and interactive dashboards — for operators who depend on it daily. This is a senior billet: you will own solutions end to end with limited oversight. Required Qualifications (no exceptions) Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph. Senior-level proficiency in Python, with demonstrated experience designing mission-ready solutions. Experience querying and integrating web APIs through Python to retrieve, normalize, and operationalize data. Experience developing interactive data visualizations using Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Bokeh, or comparable tools. Experience building dashboards and analytic interfaces using Dash, Streamlit, Panel, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases. Experience using Git-based version control platforms such as GitLab or GitHub. Proficiency with geospatial processing frameworks such as GDAL or ArcPy. Proficiency with GIS desktop software such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS. Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation for software systems and automated workflows. Ability to operate independently at a senior level with limited oversight. Familiarity with USSOCOM and broader U.S. military organizational structures. Familiarity with common Intelligence Community (IC) data repositories.
