About the role

Fintech firm in Midtown is currently seeking an office administrator to join the newly created office in New York. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the office, including the overall direction and coordination of a small sales and technology team. You will liaise with the London office and serve as the point person for New York by overseeing the front desk, office facilities, maintenance, vendor management, IT, office supplies and pantry items, greeting guests and visitors, assisting the team with expense management, staff appreciation and other duties as requested and assigned. We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 plus years of administrative and or hospitality experience, strong communication skills and excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. This role will require strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across offices, departments, and teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. This role is onsite M-F.
