About the role
Arena Family of Companies is seeking a Project Manager or Senior PM for high-profile Bay Area concrete projects. You will oversee complex structural and architectural self-perform work across marquee commercial, institutional, and high-rise developments.
You will manage all phases from award through close-out, lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management, and partner with superintendents, engineers, and field crews to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
