This role uses a consultative sales approach to connect with prospects, partners, and clients to deliver meaningful solutions. You'll play a key role in expanding market share and strengthening client relationships.Key AccountabilitiesDrive new business growth by developing employer relationships for HSA and health benefit solutionsBuild and manage partnerships with brokers, centers of influence, and internal banking teamsExpand existing client relationships through cross-selling the full suite of health and banking servicesLead and coordinate RFP responses to win new business opportunitiesRepresent the bank at community and industry events to build brand presence and generate leadsMaintain subject matter expertise in HSA, TPA, and COBRA offeringsEnsure all client relationships align with risk, compliance, and company policiesEducation & ExperienceRequired:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of business-to-business sales experience3+ years of demonstrated success in sales and client relationship managementAbility to obtain required internal certifications within 6 monthsReliable transportation and ability to travel as neededPreferred:3+ years of experience in insurance, HSA, or TPA industriesWhy You'll Love Working HereYou'll be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and making a real impact for clients and communities.
