Role Description: The Sales Manager/Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hollywood, MD. This role oversees the sales team, supports daily showroom operations, and ensures that customer interactions lead to successful vehicle purchases. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and motivating sales staff, monitoring sales performance, managing inventory presentation, and maintaining a positive, professional dealership atmosphere. The role also handles finance and insurance (F&I) activities, such as presenting financing and warranty options, securing approvals with lenders, preparing contracts and documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and dealership policies. The Sales Manager/Finance professional collaborates closely with leadership to develop sales strategies, achieve monthly targets, and deliver a consistent, customer-focused experience.
Qualifications: Experience in automotive sales or sales management leadership, with proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team. Background in finance or F&I, including presenting loan and lease options, working with lenders, and managing contracts and compliance. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and handle customer concerns professionally. Solid organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, accurate documentation, and familiarity with dealership management or CRM systems. Ability to work on-site full time in Hollywood, MD, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with colleagues across departments. Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations related to automotive sales and finance; willingness to follow all dealership policies and ethical standards. High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; prior Mitsubishi or automotive brand experience is a plus.
