About the role
To support a team-oriented environment, the full-time remote Retirement Plan Analyst will assist with administering retirement plans, communicate with clients and advisors, and ensure compliance through data review and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
Administer retirement plans and prepare annual reports and documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams to address inquiries and provide exceptional service
Review plan data for accuracy and compliance while managing multiple tasks and deadlinesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree, ASPPA credentials, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Some understanding of retirement plan administration and IRS rules is beneficial but not mandatory
Excellent customer service skills and capability to collaborate with a team
