About the role
Aston Carter is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls in a fast-paced Richmond, VA call center. You will resolve inquiries on activation, billing, usage, and payments, and process data prior to billing.
The role requires 2+ years in a call center, strong written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a onsite office from 8am to 5pm. Contract to hire with pay between $20-$21 per hour.
