Wicker Smith is a Litigation Law Firm with over 350 attorneys in 17 offices located in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. The Accounts Payable Clerk position will be located in our administrative offices in Palmetto Bay, Florida.
Experience / Skills:
  • At least 2 years of heavy accounts payable
  • Microsoft Office knowledge focusing on Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be extremely organized and self-starting
  • Process accounts payable invoices for payment
  • Enter invoices into accounts payable system
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable files
  • Analyze vendor invoices to ensure invoices are accurate
  • Maintain all accounts payable vendors
  • Run weekly accounts payable process
  • Prepare accounts payable aging reports
  • Prepare, distribute and mail accounts payable checks
  • Generate all accounts payable checks for invoices and check requests
  • Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
  • Work on projects as assigned
