About the role

Senior Product Designer (Native Mobile App)
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Benefits
About the Opportunity: We're partnering with a large, nationally recognized organization to identify a Senior Product Designer who will play a key role in shaping the future of a growing native mobile application. This is a unique opportunity to join a product team building and evolving a mobile experience from the ground up. Rather than working within the constraints of an existing white-label platform, you'll help define new user journeys, create intuitive mobile experiences, and influence product direction as the application continues to scale. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to bring new features and experiences to life in a fast-moving, highly visible environment.
What You'll Do: Design end-to-end experiences for a native mobile application. Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Design new screens, features, and interactions from concept through launch. Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements and user stories into engaging user experiences. Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are effectively implemented. Apply user-centered design principles and usability best practices throughout the product lifecycle. Contribute to and help evolve a scalable design system used across multiple digital products. Participate in research, testing, and design validation efforts to improve user experiences. Work within an agile product environment using tools such as Jira and Figma.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
