Director of Marketing & Communications (Hybrid)

What You'll Do: Lead Braun Intertec's marketing, communications, brand, proposal management, events, and digital engagement functions. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization on communications, marketing, engagement, and reputation-related matters. Build and lead a responsive, business-focused team that delivers exceptional service and execution. Develop marketing and communications programs that strengthen brand awareness, visibility, recruiting, employee & client engagement, and growth. Establish and continuously improve proposal processes, tools, content libraries, training, and resources that enable teams across the organization to pursue opportunities efficiently and consistently. Partner with operational, client development, and technical leaders on strategic pursuits, key client opportunities, presentations, and interviews. Lead marketing technology, digital marketing, and engagement initiatives while leveraging data and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Oversee communications, events, branded experiences, and marketing resources that reflect Braun Intertec's reputation and values.

What We're Looking For: 15+ years of progressive marketing, communications, brand, or related leadership experience. Experience leading teams and multiple functional disciplines. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into effective marketing and communications programs. Experience supporting business development, proposals, strategic pursuits, digital marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Work Environment: Hybrid position with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office. Based in Bloomington, Minnesota, or another approved Braun Intertec location. Approximately 10-15% travel.
