This entry level position offers uncapped earning potential for high performers and clear opportunities for advancement within the company.ResponsibilitiesSales Target Achievement: The primary objective is to consistently meet and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. By employing a well‐thought‐out approach, the sales representative can effectively identify potential candidates, present compelling sales pitches, and successfully secure candidates.Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
