Job Description:
Job Description Solar Installer We are seeking reliable and hardworking Solar Installers to join our construction team. This position will assist with solar and carport installation projects, including material handling, racking, and general construction support. Solar or carport construction experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train candidates who have a strong work ethic, can follow direction, and are comfortable working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with solar and carport installation projects Handle, move, and stage materials and equipment Assist with solar racking installation and assembly Use basic hand tools safely and effectively Perform general construction and jobsite support duties Complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow directions from the Foreman and work effectively as part of a crew Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
Qualifications:
Previous solar, carport, or construction experience preferred, but not required Comfortable using basic hand tools Able to perform repetitive physical work Must be able to understand English and follow directions from the Foreman Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Safety-conscious and willing to follow all jobsite safety requirements Ability to work well with a team and maintain a strong work ethic To Apply download our app 360X JOBS, visit our website and click "Join our Team."
