About the role
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must be a licensed PE in New Mexico with a minimum of 15 years of experience and 8 years of project management experience.
- Experience with producing accurate and complete construction plans and reports.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment and to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, communicating engineering information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to train/mentor staff and review work for quality assurance.
- Solid leadership and management skills, self-motivated, and possess a strong ability to meet deadlines, satisfy clients, and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, and Civil3D are all a plus.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Willingness/ability to assume increased responsibilities when presented.
- Consistently deliver proactive communication with clients. When client issues arise, address or expeditiously elevate to discipline lead.
- Develop relationships with clients that allows for ease in communications and problem solving.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions, effectively implement and document for internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintaining expected Effective Labor Multiplier (ELM) on sum of all associated projects.
- Ensure direct reports meet established utilization targets.
- Consistently upholds business processes including timely monthly A/R’s, invoicing, timekeeping, resource forecasting, percent completes, etc.
- Achieves personal sales goal.
- Achieves stated target personal utilization goal for PIC.Understands, follows and ensures quality control measures and risk management measures are being applied and adhered to projects and daily operations.
