About the role
next Source Connect in Paramus, NJ is seeking a senior leader to head Research & Development Formulation on a 6-month contract. You will guide formulation, regulatory, and technical services, ensuring scale-up and commercialization readiness while aligning with Leadership, Commercial, Product Execution, and Quality teams.
You will manage lab operations, KPIs, and partner relationships, driving cost assessments and customer-focused technical deliverables.
