About the role
Leading the renewal operations, the full-time Director of Renewal Management will develop strategic plans, optimize processes, and manage revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for software renewal management to align with company objectives and identify revenue growth opportunities
Evaluate and refine renewal processes, implementing automation tools to enhance efficiency and monitor key performance metrics
Lead and motivate a team of renewal specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in software renewal management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
Knowledge of CRM systems, contract management tools, and revenue recognition principles
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
