About the role

Production DesignerCTG is seeking to fill a Production Designer position for our client. Location: Morrisville, NC Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension Duties: Create production-ready marketing assets from approved creative concepts. Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats, channels, and specifications. Develop and maintain digital, print, event, social, web, email, presentation, and sales enablement assets. Execute large-scale asset versioning and localization requirements. Ensure assets meet technical specifications for deployment across platforms and channels. Support global campaign launches through rapid asset production and delivery. Maintain adherence to established brand standards, design systems, and visual guidelines. Conduct quality assurance reviews prior to final release. Verify accuracy of typography, imagery, layouts, logos, legal copy, accessibility standards, and technical specifications. Ensure visual consistency across global campaigns and customer touchpoints. Identify and resolve production issues before publication or distribution. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong understanding of print, digital, and production standards. Experience producing assets across multiple marketing channels. Exceptional attention to detail and strong file organization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. Strong understanding of design execution, asset versioning, localization, and production workflows. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to translate approved creative concepts into accurate, high-quality production assets. Experience: 4–6 years of experience in production design, graphic design, creative services, or marketing design. Experience developing and adapting creative assets for digital, print, web, social, events, presentations, and sales enablement. Experience with high-volume asset production, versioning, and localization. Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems. Demonstrated experience performing quality control and ensuring technical accuracy across final deliverables. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
