About the role

Arcosa Aggregates in Coolidge, AZ is seeking a Mine Manager to lead operations, sales, and staff within a mining environment regulated by MSHA safety standards. You will have full P&L responsibility and oversee safety, compliance, and profitability goals in the production and sale of aggregates. Ideal candidates will have over five years of supervisory experience in aggregates, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and extensive knowledge of mining operations and MSHA regulations.
