About the role
WTW offers the CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP), a 17-month non-rotational program designed to build broad knowledge, hands-on experience, and a diverse network in the insurance brokerage field. The program starts with orientation and comprehensive onboarding, followed by cross-functional exposure within CRB to deepen industry understanding.
