About the role

Scarmazzi Homes is seeking a friendly, organized and customer-focused Part-Time New Home Sales Assistant to support our model homes and sales team in Westmoreland County, primarily in Rostraver Township, Delmont and Hempfield Township. Occasional travel to our main office in Canonsburg may also be requested. Primary Responsibilities: Welcome visitors to our model homes and provide information about our communities, homes and floorplans Support the sales team with prospect follow-up, phone outreach and appointment setting Enter and maintain prospect and customer information in our CRMHelp ensure model homes are welcoming, organized and ready for visitors Maintain an adequate supply of brochures, flyers and other sales materials Assist with the planning and coordination of community events, model home openings and other sales activities Provide general support to New Home Consultants as needed
Qualifications: Willingness to learn Scarmazzi Homes communities, floorplans and CRM system Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional and positive demeanor Comfortable interacting with prospective homebuyers Reliable transportation for travel between Westmoreland County communities, with occasional travel to Canonsburg
